Trade Only Verified Supplier
Trade Only promotes and actively encourages the widely acknowledged and internationally favoured promotional product industry sales structure, whereby suppliers and manufacturers sell products and services to distributors to re-sell to end user customers.
In promoting adherence to this structure, all new supplier members must have a clear trade pricing policy which in essence will provide a suitable profit margin advantage to the Trade Only distributor member to enable them to re-sell products without competition from the supplier.
Suppliers who happen to offer products to end users as well as through the distributor network must protect the distributors interests by not directly contacting any of the distributors contacts or customers where they are aware of them, and by adhering strictly to their trade pricing polocy regardless of quantity or value of order.
